You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Simply email us at info@koossa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the returns address and guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your item.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@koossa.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes, but our returns policy remains available to you.

Each product page includes a full size guide and a Find My Size tool. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to advise based on the specific garment.
