Age, safety, cleaning & batteriesWhat age is it suitable for?
The recommended age is listed on every product page. Please follow it carefully. Items that contain small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years old, as small parts can be a choking hazard.

Specific care instructions are listed on each product page. In general: wipe plastic and wooden toys with a damp cloth and mild soap and let them air dry; machine wash plush toys and textiles cold (86°F) on a gentle cycle, ideally in a laundry bag; and remove batteries before cleaning anything electronic.
Are batteries included, and does it need assembly?
The product page lists everything that's in the box, whether batteries are included, and the exact battery type you need. If an item requires assembly, it comes with instructions. Always keep batteries out of children's reach and make sure battery compartments are securely closed.
